3 days a week, side by side. No guessing, no half-measures. Just a program built for your body and a standard you'll actually hold yourself to.
This isn't a la carte. When you're in, everything is covered — training, nutrition, and the accountability that makes both of them stick.
Every session is coached, hands-on, and built around full range of motion. I'm there with you every rep of every set.
Your full weekly program covers training days and independent work days. You always know exactly what you're doing and why.
Macros, meal timing, and a whole-foods framework built around your goal. No generic templates — built for your body specifically.
We track what matters. Weekly assessments, regular protocol adjustments, and data-driven decisions throughout your 3 months.
Recovery, sleep, stress, and daily habits — all part of the conversation. Results don't live in the gym alone.
Questions between sessions get answered. You're not on your own when you walk out the door.
This is how I coach. It's worth knowing before you apply.
When you're in this program, you follow the plan. That's not me being rigid — it's me protecting your results. The program is built around what works, not what's comfortable. If you're not ready to commit to that, this isn't the right fit.
The only time we deviate from the protocol is when the training itself tells us to. If something isn't responding the way it should — we adjust. But that decision comes from data, not preference.
Three months is the minimum commitment because that's how long real change takes. The first month you adapt. The second month you build. The third month you see it. Cutting it short means cutting the results short.
Same program, same results, same standard — regardless of how you pay. Pick the plan that works for you.
A 4–5 day training split with 3 in-person sessions. The other days you execute independently — with a program that tells you exactly what to do.
Schedule is built around your availability during the onboarding call.
Spots are limited. In-person coaching means I can only work with a small number of clients at a time. If you're ready to commit to the work, let's talk.
